The service may include third-party components such as Meta (WhatsApp Business API), Oracle Cloud, Google Analytics, and payment gateways like PayPal, Razorpay, and PayTM.

3. Eligibility

To use Watsabble:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must provide accurate business and contact information.

  • You must have the authority to represent your business or organization.

4. Account Registration

When you register for a Watsabble account:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • You must promptly update your account information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5. Use of Service

You agree not to use Watsabble for:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content.

  • Violating WhatsApp’s or Meta’s policies.

  • Sharing illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content.

  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems.

You are solely responsible for the content you send using the service.

6. Integration with WhatsApp Business API

Watsabble connects with the official Meta WhatsApp Business API through authorized providers.
Use of the API is also governed by Meta’s Terms of Service and Commerce Policies, and you must comply with them at all times.

If Meta suspends or revokes your API access, Watsabble will not be liable for any related loss or disruption.

7. Payments and Billing

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan or usage.

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Razorpay, or PayTM.

  • Subscription or usage-based plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

By using Watsabble, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All Watsabble software, design, text, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Adam Apps Private Limited.

You retain ownership of the data you upload or transmit through Watsabble.

10. Service Availability and Updates

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that Watsabble will always be available or error-free.

Scheduled maintenance or API provider downtime (such as Meta or Oracle Cloud) may temporarily affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Adam Apps Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Watsabble.

  • We are not responsible for message delivery failures, API outages, or losses due to third-party integrations.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adam Apps Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or liability arising from:

  • Your use of Watsabble,

  • Violation of these Terms, or

  • Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms or Meta’s API policies,

  • Non-payment of dues,

  • Misuse or abuse of the service.

Upon termination, access to your account and stored data will cease as per our retention policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally to reflect service updates or legal changes.

Continued use of Watsabble after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
